1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the consulting services (“Services”) provided by Consultant Alliance (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Consultant Alliance provides IT consulting, technical support, software development, and other technology-related services as outlined in service agreements, emails, or consultations.
3. Rates and Billing
All services are billed on a time and materials basis unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Our standard hourly rate is $150.00/hr. Partial hours are billed in 15-minute increments.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by law.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed at the hourly rate.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client data and information with strict confidentiality and do not share, sell, or disclose information to third parties unless required by law or authorized by the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
Consultant Alliance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss or system downtime, arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective upon posting.
